Untold Story by Texas Contemporary Abstract Artist Filomena de Andrade Booth

Untold Story
Acrylic on Canvas
30" x 30" x 1.5"
Sold

I've been going through my files lately and found this painting that was sold last year.  I feel like I need to get back into doing some palette-knife paintings again.  It's a little more difficult working in acrylic than it is with oil, because of the shorter drying time.  But, still worth the effort, I think.

A Time to Bloom by Texas Abstract Contemporary Artist Filomena de Andrade Booth

A Time to Bloom
44"x44"x1.5"
Acrylic on Canvas

Fluid movement on a heavily textured canvas.  Layers of transparent acrylic glazes have been applied, revealing underpainted color and shapes.  The painting is wired and ready to hang.  It is signed on the front, dated and signed on the back.  Clear acrylic gloss varnish has been applied to protect the beauty of this painting for years to come.
